New study: Women leaders = better financial performance for companies

Forbes reports on a study by DDI which found that companies with the top financial performance had more women in leadership positions than companies with low financial performance. The study also revealed that the leadership skills of men and women are similar– the major difference being the degree of confidence reported by women and men in leadership positions. The author suggests that more opportunities for success may lead to higher confidence in men.
